DynamiHost (EDGECO) pays approved partners a commission for new paying customers they refer, on the terms below. Participation requires written approval by DynamiHost. There is no fee to join.
10% of each qualifying payment, excluding tax and after discounts, made by a referred account during the first 12 months from that account's first payment. DynamiHost may agree a different individual rate with a partner; the rate shown in the partner's dashboard is then the rate that applies. A rate change applies only to payments made after the change takes effect and is confirmed to the partner by email. No commission on trials, free plans, the partner's own accounts, existing customers, refunded amounts, or payments after the 12-month window.
Referred customers receive a discount off payments during the same first 12 months, 10% unless a different rate for the referring partner is shown in that partner's dashboard when the customer registers. The discount rate in force when the customer registers is fixed for that customer's whole 12-month window and does not change if rates are edited later. The discount is applied automatically and has no cash value.
Referrals are tracked by link and cookie (60 days, last click) and by the referral stamp applied when the referred account registers. DynamiHost's records are decisive in any attribution dispute.
Commissions become payable 30 days after the underlying payment. The partner chooses in their dashboard between automatic payout (paid in the monthly payout run whenever the payable balance reaches $50) and manual payout (paid only when the partner requests it from their dashboard). Payouts are processed monthly, in USD, by one of the payout methods enabled in the program at the time (Payoneer, PayPal or Wise, as listed in the partner's dashboard), chosen by the partner. To be paid, by either mode, the partner must first provide the details for their chosen method and their tax ID; no payout is made without them. If a method is later disabled by DynamiHost, the partner chooses another enabled method for future payouts; balances are unaffected. The payout provider's fees are the partner's. The partner is responsible for taxes on their commissions.
Commissions on refunded or charged-back payments are reversed. Amounts already paid out are deducted from future payouts.
Partners must not: refer themselves or accounts they control; bid on DynamiHost brand terms in paid search; list referral links on coupon or deal sites; send unsolicited bulk email or messages promoting DynamiHost; make false or unapproved claims about DynamiHost, including compliance claims (GDPR wording excepted as published on dynamihost.com); use DynamiHost trademarks except as provided in the assets kit; or interfere with tracking.
Either party may end participation at any time. DynamiHost may suspend or terminate immediately for breach of section 7; unpaid commissions on referrals obtained in breach are forfeited. On a no-fault termination, commissions already payable are paid in the next run regardless of the $50 threshold, and pending commissions on payments already made are paid when their hold expires.
DynamiHost may change commission, discount or these terms prospectively on 30 days notice by email. Referrals already stamped keep the terms in force when they were stamped for the remainder of their window, except section 7 changes, which apply immediately.
Partners are independent promoters, not agents, employees or legal partners of EDGECO, and may not bind DynamiHost or speak for it.
DynamiHost's total liability under the program is limited to commissions properly payable under these terms.
