These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DynamiHost, a dynamic QR code hosting service owned and operated by EDGECO (“EDGECO”, “DynamiHost”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
DynamiHost lets you create dynamic QR codes that redirect scanners to a destination you control, host files (such as PDFs and images) behind a QR code, view scan analytics, and manage codes through a dashboard and API. Dynamic codes can be edited after printing: the printed code never changes, only where it points.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by team members you invite.
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the service.
3. Plans and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring subscription basis, monthly or yearly depending on the interval you choose. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Your payment details are handled by Paddle; we do not store card numbers.
- You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; paid features remain available until then.
- Plan limits (QR codes, monthly scans, storage, team seats, custom domains) are enforced as described on the billing page. Scans beyond your plan's monthly limit are blocked until the next period or until you upgrade.
- New accounts start with a free 7-day trial. No payment details are required, and one trial is available per email address. When the trial ends, your account moves to the Expired plan: you cannot create new codes and your existing codes stop scanning until you subscribe to a paid plan. A trial never converts to a paid subscription automatically, and you are never charged for a trial.
- We may change plan prices or limits. A price change for your subscription takes effect at your next renewal after we notify you by email or in the dashboard at least 30 days in advance.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use DynamiHost to:
- Host or link to illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or deceptive material.
- Infringe intellectual property rights or distribute content you have no right to share.
- Attempt to disrupt the service, probe other accounts, or abuse the API (rate limits apply).
- Send unsolicited bulk messages using QR-linked destinations in violation of anti-spam laws.
We operate abuse and fraud controls and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice where we believe there is risk of harm.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload or link (destinations, files, logos). You grant us a limited license to host and serve that content as necessary to operate the service. You are solely responsible for your QR code destinations and linked content.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify plan limits with reasonable notice. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynamiHost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard or email, and continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco, unless consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings there.
