Plans and limits

Each plan sets quotas (codes, scans per month, storage, team seats, custom domains), a per-file size cap, how long raw scan data is retained, and which features are included (API, GS1, webhooks, smart rules and others). Your current plan, usage and limits are always shown on the Billing page in the dashboard; that page, not any document, is the source of truth for your account.

Features your plan does not include appear locked in the dashboard, with the plan that unlocks them.

Who charges you

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle takes your payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues your invoices and receipts. DynamiHost never sees or stores your card number.

  • Invoices and receipts live in Paddle; the Billing page links you through.
  • A failed payment triggers a notice by email and a past-due state until it is resolved.

Changing plan

  • Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated: you pay the difference for the rest of the period, and the higher limits apply straight away.
  • Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the period and are checked against your current usage. If you are using more codes or storage than the lower plan allows, the downgrade will ask you to reduce usage first.
  • Yearly billing, where offered, prices a year as the monthly price times (12 minus the free months shown for the plan).

Cancellation and refunds

  • Cancel from the Billing page at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the account moves to the Expired plan and your codes stop scanning.
  • Purchases are non-refundable unless required by law. Paddle, our merchant of record, may issue a discretionary refund if you contact support within 14 days of a transaction; statutory withdrawal rights (for example in the EU and UK) are unaffected. The refund policy page has the exact terms.
Deleting your account is blocked while a Paddle subscription is active. Cancel first, then delete, so you are never charged for an account that no longer exists.
