Limits by plan
- Trial: 100 MB of storage, 5 MB per file, 1 hosted page.
- Starter: 1 GB of storage, 10 MB per file, 2 hosted pages.
- Growth: 2 GB of storage, 20 MB per file, 3 hosted pages.
- Pro: 5 GB of storage, 25 MB per file, 5 hosted pages.
- Business: 10 GB of storage, 50 MB per file, 10 hosted pages.
Storage is shared by everything you upload: hosted files behind file codes, page assets and images, and logos used on QR codes.
Supported files
You can host PDF documents, images (PNG, JPG, WEBP), video (MP4, WebM) and audio (MP3, WAV, OGG). Files are verified by their content, not just their name, and images are optimised automatically when uploaded.
At the limit
When the account storage is full or a file exceeds the size cap, the upload is rejected with a message saying which limit was hit. Files already hosted keep serving normally; a full account never breaks existing codes. Deleting files you no longer need frees space, and the usage meter on the Billing page shows the current total against your plan.
If you swap the file behind a file code for a smaller one, the freed space counts as soon as the old file is replaced.
