Seats by plan
Your plan sets how many people can be on the account at once: Trial 1, Starter 1, Growth 3, Pro 5, Business 10. The account owner occupies one seat. When every seat is taken, new invitations are blocked until a seat frees up or the plan grows.
Inviting people
Invite teammates by email from the Team page. They create their own login and join with the role you assign. Never share a login instead: separate accounts keep the activity history honest and let you remove one person without locking everyone else out.
Roles
- Owner: everything, including team management, billing and data export. There is exactly one owner per account.
- Member: the day to day work: creating and editing codes, files, pages and domains, managing API keys and settings. Members cannot manage the team, billing, or export the whole workspace.
- Viewer: read-only. Viewers can see codes and analytics and nothing else; they cannot change, download or delete anything.
Changing roles and removing people
The owner can change a member's role or remove them from the Team page at any time. Removal takes effect immediately and frees the seat. Codes and content the person created stay in the account; they belong to the workspace, not to the person.
